Embraced by Love: A Cozy Valentine's Celebration

On Valentine's Day, my husband and I opted for a cozy celebration, starting with our usual work routines. He headed to his office while I worked from home.

Despite plans to go out in the evening, the cold, rainy weather prompted us to stay indoors. We decorated our space, indulged in cakes and muffins, and enjoyed playing fun games inspired by YouTube videos showcasing activities for couples.

We engaged in heartfelt conversations, delving into our past, our relationship, and general life matters, including discussions about my mental health struggles. These conversations were very emotional, leading to new self-realizations with his support.

We also exchanged gifts, including a bouquet, backpacks, shoes and clothing. Overall, the intimate celebration reinforced the importance of being present for each other, understanding one another's challenges, and reflecting on our journey as a couple.

As we exchanged gifts and shared laughter, it felt like the universe was whispering sweet nothings into our ears, reminding us of the beauty of togetherness.

Just like the words of Rumi, "In your light, I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest where no one sees you, but sometimes I do, and that sight becomes this art." Each moment was a canvas painted with affection, reminding us that love truly knows no bounds❤️❤️

Here are some pictures from our celebration:
