Roomies

"Home is wherever my bunch of crazies are.."

Well, who could my first post be dedicated to - my Roomies 💓

I happened to travel to Pune, India in November 2015 for my first job. I lived in a rented house and shared my accomodation with some crazy yet the loveliest of souls, my darlings - Divya, Jyosna, Vaishnavi, Chaitrali, & Bhagyashree.

After having lived with them for more than an year, I strongly feel that atleast once in life, every person should live this way away from your family, all on your own.

What a strange yet amazing concept this is - few strangers come together to live under one roof and share every bit of their life with each other. One experiences every kind of emotion - happiness, sadness, anger, frustration, understanding, togetherness, etc. We learn to live a life on our own, responsible for ourselves, and learn to understand different perceptions of different people in the same situation. We learn patience and acceptance, which is very necessary to shape one's life.

Talking about my roomies, i would never had asked for a single better person as a roommate than any of them. Our bonding, our care for each other, our sharing stuffs, our cooking together, our going out, our chit chats, our late night mastis, our genuinely being there for each other, all this is irreplaceable.
They taught me one thing in life - "We may not have it all together but together we have it all".

After all, Friends make our world beautiful, so Cheers to all the roomies ever!
