Feeling unworthy

Many a times in life, we feel undervalued - be it in a job or a relationship, a place, our friend circle, or right in our family too. We feel we're unworthy and there's something wrong with us, like we lack in everything. While a part of it may be true, we might be lacking somewhere or might be doing something wrong and should not stop working on ourselves. But, we usually are in a place where people cannot see our worth.

We aren't valued because of being at the wrong place and with the wrong people. We in turn start beating ourselves up.
For a job which we're in that fails to acknowledge our worth or a relationship, our actions start to go over the edge only to prove our worth. What we fail to understand is that if a particular job or a person isn't able too see value in us, it doesn't make us unworthy in reality.
There will be countless number of instances in life where you'll just not be the right fit or people around you will fail to see your worth. We shouldn't get into a cycle of self-criticism and self-hate for it, we shouldn't punish ourselves physically or psychologically.

It's really important to understand that we are in the wrong place and it's only healthy to move out.
The sooner we realize this, the better.
