A joyous experience

A recent job switch has brought many changes in me.
I am observing rather watching myself grow, atleast I feel so. The last few months before this move were traumatising and I'd anyways decided I'll try to be a different & better version of myself in this new organization. Obviously, I had many plans cooked up in my head about the company, people, work, life etc. And I am trying to live upto it.
The best thing I'm experiencing here is learning to adjust. Call it destiny or what I don't know but in all my previous projects I wasn't a part of any team (one man army, lol). But here, I am working in a team.
I'm learning to adjust, to help, to give whereas I was mostly at the receiving end earlier.
I've also started to care more for my juniors, a big reason for which I feel is to protect them from going through the shit I've gone through in the initial years of my career plus help them overcome their mistakes, struggles etc. I'm also trying my hands at becoming a good presenter and there are so many people I can look upto and learn.
Even I do make mistakes and there have been moments where I've felt like I'm being judged negatively but I'm glad I have supportive seniors/mentors who atleast give me the benefit of doubt if I make some blunders.
So far its going good. I hope I can be this glad after spending some more time in this organization.
