There is a time for everything.
Personally both, for me are equally important. But you have to determine the order for dealing according to their relative importance.
For some, relationship and career goes hand in hand. If you don't know how to balance your love and professional life, then you may fall in trouble. Life is all about managing your priorities.
For some, relationship and career can't go together. People are way too ambitious and focused these days and they don't want a relationship to divert their minds.
Having a successful career is as satisfying as having a successful relationship.
So what if at this moment you are finding it hard to stabilise your career and also you have a beautiful partner to support you morally and help you achieve your best potential. You are not at any loss my friend.
Try to balance out between them and things will flow smoothly. Don't ever think love or any relationship is a distraction for you and if so it is you can always take a break and sort out things. There is no age limit for building your career and also there is no age limit for falling in love :)
