Gratitude

Cultivate the habit of gratitude. Always end your day by counting the things/experiences you're grateful for. It isn't necessary for you to maintain a journal(it would be more powerful if you do) or write it out, you can just say out loud or mentally count everything that you're grateful for - the feelings is important. Even if you had a bad day, be grateful for having the strength to pass through it and get another day to work upon things.
